There are three types of reports you can get:
Exhibit Count by Year
This report shows how many exhibits were brought in for each department over the years. This is great to see a trend of exhibits over the years.
Exhibit Counts for Lots by Year
This report shows you how many exhibits were brought in my lot over time. This is great to see what lots are never used and can be removed from your list.
- First select a department
- This will show each lot for that department and how many exhibits there have been for each year.
Prize Distribution
This report allows you to see how many first, second, third, etc. prizes were awarded, paid out, and how much money was paid out for each.
The Number row shows how many were paid out vs. how many were awarded per prize level.
The Paid row shows how much money was paid out for that row.
The Awarded row shows how much money was awarded. This includes how much was paid out and how much hasn’t been paid out.
